利用規約

  1. ライセンス: 購入者に、CapDemonを、お使いのパソコン2台までで使う、非独占の権利を与えます。再配布、貸与、リバースエンジニアリングはできません。
  2. サブスクリプション: 月額/年額の自動更新です。解約は、いつでも、Lemon Squeezy の購入者ページからできます。解約後は、支払い済みの期間の終わりまで使えます。
  3. 無料体験: 14日間。期間の終了までに解約すれば、請求されません。
  4. 返金: デジタル商品のため、購入後の返金は、原則、お受けしていません。ご購入の前に、14日間の無料体験で、お試しください。ただし、法令により返金が認められる場合、および、重大な不具合により、CapDemonをお使いいただけない場合は、お問い合わせください。個別に対応します。(決済・返金の手続きは、Lemon Squeezy の規約にも従います。)
  5. 保証と責任: 字幕の正確さ(誤変換を含む)は保証しません。出力は、必ず人が確認してください。法規・数値などの専門内容は、特に、出典で確認してください。当社の責任は、法令で許される範囲で、直近12か月に支払われた料金を上限とします。
  6. 対応環境: Windows 10/11。環境により、動作しない場合があります。Adobe・Premiere・Final Cut などは、各社の商標で、当社とは関係がありません。
  7. 準拠法・管轄: 日本法に従います。本規約に関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を、第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、お客様のお住まいの国・地域の、消費者保護に関する法令が、これと異なる定めをしている場合は、その定めが優先されます。
  8. 販売者: 株式会社ソウルマン(SOULMAN, inc)。購入手続きは、Lemon Squeezy が販売代行として行います。

Terms of Use

  1. License: a non-exclusive license to use CapDemon on up to 2 of your computers. No redistribution, rental or reverse engineering.
  2. Subscription: auto-renewing monthly/yearly. Cancel anytime from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  3. Free trial: 14 days. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
  4. Refunds: Because CapDemon is a digital product, purchases are generally non-refundable. Please try it during the 14-day free trial before you buy. If a refund is required by law, or a serious defect prevents you from using CapDemon, contact us and we will handle it case by case. (Payments and refunds are also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms.)
  5. Warranty and liability: transcription accuracy is not guaranteed; always review the output. Verify legal or numeric content against the source. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the fees paid in the last 12 months.
  6. Environment: Windows 10/11. It may not work on every system. Adobe, Premiere and Final Cut are trademarks of their respective owners and are not affiliated with us.
  7. Governing law: Japanese law applies. Disputes about these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. This does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
  8. Seller: SOULMAN, inc. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
