  1. 動画・音声・原稿のデータ: CapDemonは、お使いのパソコン上で動作し、動画・音声・原稿・字幕のデータを、当社や第三者に送信しません。
  2. ライセンスの確認: 購入後のライセンスキーの確認のために、キーと、お使いのパソコンを区別する識別子(登録のための名前)を、ライセンス管理のサービス(Lemon Squeezy)に送ります。動画などの内容は含まれません。
  3. 購入・決済: 購入・決済・請求は、Lemon Squeezy(販売代行)が行います。氏名・メールアドレス・決済情報は Lemon Squeezy が管理します。当社は、決済情報(カード番号など)を受け取りません。
  4. AI校正(任意): 設定で、お客様ご自身の AI の API キーを入力した場合に限り、文字起こしのテキスト(動画・音声は含みません)を、お客様が選んだ AI 事業者に送ります。キーは、お使いのパソコンにだけ保存します。
  5. 初回の準備: 初回の起動時に、必要なモデルと部品を、公開の配布元(Hugging Face、Python Package Index)からダウンロードします。この通信に、お客様の動画・音声・原稿は含まれません。
  6. 改定: 内容を改定したときは、このページでお知らせします。

  1. Your video, audio and scripts are processed on your computer. We do not upload or send them to us or to any third party.
  2. License checks: to verify your license, the app sends your license key and a device label to the license service (Lemon Squeezy). No video or audio content is included.
  3. Purchases: Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, handles purchases, payments and invoices, and manages your name, email address and payment details. We do not receive payment card data.
  4. AI proofreading (optional): only if you enter your own AI API key in the settings, the transcript text (never video or audio) is sent to the AI provider you chose. The key is stored only on your computer.
  5. First-run setup: on first launch the app downloads the models and components it needs from public sources (Hugging Face, Python Package Index). Your video, audio and scripts are not part of these requests.
  6. Changes: we will announce changes on this page.
